Bringing it up with Richie is probably going to be a no-no until he's had enough of his own encounters with people he thought were fictional, and will be primed for the possibility that he's part of a story too. It'll be a hard pill to swallow nonetheless and he's struggling with his perceptions of reality enough already. I'd also rather you not tell him how his own story ends no matter what.

♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Oh yeah, rough him the hell up! A) he's an upstart, you should smack him if he gets out of line and B) I love writing fight scenes, I love horror, and I especially love body horror. I see we've got decent healing magic around here, so I'm totally willing to get bloody if it's called for. Just talk it out with me beforehand, don't stab first and take me to dinner after all right?
♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: Richie's mind can definitely be read, but there's things in there about his childhood that are under cosmic lock and key that will not be budged loose. He's from near the end of the book so the bulk of his memories are unlocked, but if you prodded at anything to do with how the childhood confrontation in the sewers went or what kind of monster Pennywise truly is, you'd be greeted with a gentle white blank and perhaps a prod in another direction. He is aware of this tampering and he knows its for his own sanity's sake, but he doesn't know how it was done or how to fix it outside of reliving each moment with his childhood friends.
♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: He's pretty affectionate himself, both as part of his jokester persona and very sincerely once he's calling you chum. Hug him and kiss him all you want, just don't break his heart!!!!!!!!!!!
♚ IC TRIGGERS: Child murder, clowns, weird magic shit (at least for the time being). He'd be upset if you needled him about his ~*~dark past~*~ but I don't care if you piss him off, and he'll be pretending NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY EVER HAPPENED anyway so prod as you please.
♚ RELATIONSHIPS: I want all kinds. He's a great buddy and a marginally bad influence, give me your peers and your impressionable youths. I am down for shipping but I don't like to plan it beforehand. Let's just see where the chemistry goes! Richie's straight but I'm open to playing him exploring with dudes. He'd still be Hesitant and A Bit Scared but meh, we can work it out.
♚ SMUT: Probably case by case here, but gonna say either we play it out under locked entries or we fade to black.
♚ SMUT PREFERENCES: Don't care about gender but gonna say 28 is the youngest he'd go, and that's pushing a little. Oldest is gonna be about 40.

☄ Superfluous Bullshit

♚ VISUAL: Thirty seven years old. Thick dark hair, curly and short cropped, blue eyes, currently wearing glasses with thick lenses. Thin and maybe a little strungout, like he hasn't slept and can't quite keep up with his shaving. Scar across one palm where he'd made a childhood blood pact. Average height. PB is Ben Whishaw, thanks Ben Whishaw. Big round of applause for Ben Whishaw!!
♚ FASHION: He dresses quite well in spite of his crap personality. His shirts and pants are well cut in the 1980s fashion, so everything fits loose but flattering. He'll opt for suits/jackets with button ups and tailored pants, usually in humble colours but he's got a salmon-pink in there. All good eighties men have a salmon shirt.
♚ DEMEANOUR: Richie is overly casual and slinky when in motion. He's quite energetic overall, gesticulating and pulling faces with broad motion to pair with his frequent jokes. He's got grace in social situations, but in physical danger his spindly limbs prove much more clumsy. He trips up out of fright and his sprint is high-kneed and usually panicked.
♚ SOUND: He sounds like a fast-talking American from the big city, having borrowed his accent more from media as he grew up than any particular state. If you're an expert you'll catch traces of small town Maine in there. His impressions sound eerily accurate — when he speaks as his ex-girlfriend it's described thusly:

"...Richie's voice suddenly became the voice of this girl Sandy whom none of them had ever met. It was not an imitation or even a likeness, exactly; it was more like an auditory painting."

♚ SCENT: I never know what to put here. Good soap? He smells like a human person. He's gonna be picking up smoking again out of stress so you'll catch cigarettes on his breath sometimes.

♚ THE SCOOP: If Richie is in an altercation with someone/something the struggle may trigger the stupidest line of defense ever: he will do an impression of somebody unbidden, like it's being ripped out of him, and this causes minor damage to his assailant. If it's of an in-game character, you have the option to repeat what he is saying during the impersonation in your own thread. Your character will not know why this is happening or how, so it could be unintentionally hilarious. use it in a smut thread, i dare you
